What will you do? Work with the best-in-class team delivering RPO solutions to our clients across the region.

What you'll do for us
- Experience in headhunting, with an active search for profiles;




- Experience with searches for professional profiles;
- Carry out the end-to-end process;
- Design and execute competency interviews;
- Knowledge of ERP systems or similar;
- Design delivery strategies for different recruitment projects;
- Develop custom reports and presentations for internal/external clients;
- Research the search market efficiently and create action plans around it;
- Build strong relationships with customers.

Qualification & Requirements
- Psychologist, Administrator, or related career;
- Effective communication skills;
- Strong organization, planning, and flexibility skills to act in a dynamic environment;
- Advanced/bilingual English;
- Energy and passion for recruiting;
- Desirable experience with hiring executives;
- Previous experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals or and large consulting firms.
