We’re looking for a high-caliber Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, smooth execution, and long-term account success.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and expectations.
- Lead regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
- Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in our work.

Account & Project Management
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure all projects stay within scope and align with agreed-upon strategies.
- Proactively identify risks,



delays, or issues and address them before they escalate.

Performance & Reporting
- Review campaign performance at a high level and communicate results clearly to clients.
- Deliver regular performance updates and reports, translating data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, or expansion within existing accounts.

Collaboration & Process Adherence
- Work within established SOPs while contributing ideas to improve workflows and client experience.
- Maintain detailed notes, updates, and action items in Asana and CRM systems.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Proven 2+ years experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Requires partial overlap with U.S. business hours(Eastern) for meetings and client comm
