Kaplan International Tools for English
Kaplan International Tools for English is Kaplan’s online English language assessment. It is used extensively within Kaplan businesses across the world and by external organisations, which administer tests for educational or workforce evaluation purposes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to perform a broad range of tasks including customer support, test facilitation and test administration.
The position is predominantly for a project based in Colombia; however, it may involve working on projects in other countries. The role is likely to involve evening and some weekend work.
About The Test Facilitator Role
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills,
- Be able to communicate effectively in Spanish (CEFR C2) and English (CEFR C1),
- Be friendly, helpful and customer-focused,
- Have confidence in IT and be a quick learner of new software,
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines,
- Be organised and methodical,
- Be adaptable with working hours to accommodate to customers’ needs.
