Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategically influence and collaborate with senior leaders of different functions and other external relevant partners to support the Medical Product plans, clinical development, scientific communications and medical expert engagement plans
- Provide coaching and talent development opportunities to direct reports and managing performance reviews




- Drive and role model the culture and values and behaviors of the company across their teams
- Maintain and drive the standards of medical and scientific excellence in the country Franchise through recruitment, training development and technical development of associates. -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Lead and drive Field Medical Excellence (FME) efforts at the CPO, ensuring the overall local FME strategy, medical education and external engagement with the medical community and healthcare services providers for Novartis Pharma while ensuring FME deliverables, deployment, tools and launch readiness.
- Accountable for the creation of the functional local FME strategy and ensures its execution, by leading all FME aspects of in-country activities and all associated resourcing and performance aspects for the FME team. In
