About this magnific opportunity:
We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN (3G, 4G & 5G).
In this role you will implement design, audit and optimization of services, basic troubleshooting supported by optimization and design tools (Atoll, Tems Investigation, Ericsson Operations Engine), where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.
What you will do:
- Deliver process and propose improvement opportunities within it
- Performing investigation, analysis and troubleshooting of encountered issues and problems in both software and systems.
- Solving different network related issues
- Drive continuous improvement to the optimization processes
- Identify and develop automation opportunities
- Provide to R&D; Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
- Collect and document customer requirements
You will bring:
- Academic background in Engineering (IT,
Telecom)
- Good knowledge in new features, releases and network evolution trends (Knowledge of Ericsson RAN portfolio is a plus)
- Solid Understanding of GSM/WCDMA/LTE
- Excellent analytical skills and eagerness to find innovative solutions to problems.
- A collaborative approach that makes you an extraordinary teammate
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
