We’re looking for a Growth Acquisition & Activation Lead to drive the top half of our user lifecycle — from awareness through our activation milestone.
This role blends performance marketing, data analytics, and behavioral growth strategy. You’ll manage user acquisition channels, design early-journey experiments, and ensure every new user experiences their “Aha Moment"

Role Responsibilities:
- Build, execute and supervise a cohesive channel acquisition strategy to maximize paid and organic acquisition. Build and monitor full-funnel dashboards (Install First Order
- Following Orders) to track conversion, CAC, and LTV efficiency.
- Develop early lifecycle initiatives to move users from first order to habit — including incentive ladders, onboarding flows, and in-app prompts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Paid Performance, Comms, Restaurants, & Marketing to reduce friction and accelerate activation.
