We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will be a confident, well-spoken and proactive professional who enjoys working with clients, managing day-to-day communication, coordinating pending matters, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Maintain daily communication with clients via email, phone and other communication channels
Attend and participate in client meetings,



ensuring professional and effective communication
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure their requests are handled efficiently
Follow up on pending matters and ensure issues, requests and actions are completed within the required timeframe
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client-related matters
Prepare and deliver professional presentations for internal and client meetings
Prepare reports, summaries and client updates as required
Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks
Support management with various administrative, coordination and client-related responsibilities
Proactively identify matters requiring attention and take ownership until completion
Maintain a professional, positive and service-oriented approach at all times
