Overview
We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support and maintain business-critical cloud platforms and trading applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on Azure operations, platform reliability, incident management, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, identity, access management,



and observability tools. You'll work closely with integral technology and business teams to ensure platform stability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities
Your Impact
Provide L2/L3 support for Azure infrastructure, platform services, and business-critical applications.
Troubleshoot incidents across Azure, Active Directory, VDI, networking, and access management services.
Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, and other observability tools.
Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of production issues within SLA targets.
Support release, maintenance, disaster recovery, and operational readiness activities.
Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.
Contribute to operational automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
