About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeping Accountant to support our financial and administrative operations in a full-time, 100% remote position.
The role will focus on day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, billing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks
Record and categorize financial transactions
Prepare and process invoices
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and financial accounts
Monitor payments, receipts, and outstanding balances
Assist with basic financial reporting and documentation




Maintain organized and confidential financial records
Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks — required
2+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with invoicing and billing
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to identify discrepancies and perform basic reconciliations
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience
Healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not required
