? Collect payroll information from clients via phone and email

? Configure and maintain earnings and deduction codes within payroll systems

? Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, issues, and client inquiries

? Process salary changes,

? Generate, review, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy
