At Oktana, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Financial Systems Business Analyst to support critical financial systems. This role is responsible for both day-to-day operational support (KTLO) and strategic project work.

The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Technology, helping translate complex financial and commercial processes into clear business requirements, data insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

What you'll do

- Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Product stakeholders to identify process gaps and operational challenges.
- Analyze Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, including quoting, contracts, orders, billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, PRDs, process documentation, and specifications for technical teams.
- Validate pricing, order, contract, and billing data to support troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage BI, AI/ML, and data products to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.
- Map complex financial processes and ensure they are accurately represented in downstream data products.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to drive alignment and execution.

What we're looking for





- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition, including ASC 606.
- Strong analytical, process mapping, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience validating and troubleshooting pricing, order, contract, or financial data.
- Ability to create clear, non-technical functional requirements for technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working proactively with senior stakeholders.
- General understanding of ERP and CPQ/CLM ecosystems, such as Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, or Ironclad.
- Understanding of how financial and commercial data flows into BI and analytics platforms.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with modern data stacks and applications of GenAI, LLMs, or predictive ML in Finance.
- Experience in high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environments with complex deal structures.
- Experience with contract analytics, obligation tracking, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
