About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven Legal Research & Litigation Analyst to support a growing U.S. litigation practice. This position is adecuado for a law graduate or licensed attorney eager to gain hands-on experience in complex civil, commercial, and corporate litigation.
Working closely with trial attorneys, you will conduct high-level legal research, analyze complex statutes and case law, draft litigation memoranda and motions, and help craft case strategies. If you possess sharp legal reasoning, fluency in English, and experience leveraging legal tech/AI tools to accelerate legal research, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research using statutes, regulations, case law, and procedural rules. Analyze legal authorities for validity, relevance, and precedential weight.
- Litigation Drafting: Draft, review, and revise legal memoranda, motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
- Case Strategy Support: Evaluate active matters to identify legal risks, strengths, weaknesses, and potential counterarguments to support trial attorneys in strategy development.
- Case Support & Document Management:
Assist with document review, exhibit preparation, tracking court deadlines, and organizing complex litigation records.
- Legal Tech Integration: Utilize legal research databases and AI-assisted legal tools while independently auditing all outputs for strict accuracy and reliability.
Mandatory Qualifications (Hard Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related legal studies (Graduated).
- Language Proficiency: Advanced to fluent English ( C1/C2 level – fluent writing and speaking skills are required for drafting legal motions).
- Skills: Strong legal research, legal writing, and critical reasoning abilities. Deep understanding of civil litigation processes and court procedures.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, standard legal databases, and AI-assisted research tools.
- Availability: 100% On-Site commitment for at least the first year.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in legal research, law firms, courts, or litigation support.
- Licensed Attorney status.
- Direct experience supporting U.S. civil, commercial, or corporate litigation matters.
