AgileEngine is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead mixed-method studies across IT & Ops employee experiences, AI-enabled self-service, and enterprise tooling decisions. You will scope, execute, and synthesize findings into decision-ready recommendations. You'll partner with product, design, engineering, and operations to validate tooling before rollout, maintain a jobs-to-be-done framework, and deliver artifacts and stakeholder readouts that inform strategy across multiple initiatives.
