This role involves utilizing knowledge management methodologies, content and document management, collaboration tools, and more to support global professional services organizations. The adecuado candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in knowledge management.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge management methodologies to enhance content management processes.
- Manage intranet/portal management, website usability, and subscription management.
- Implement collaboration tools to facilitate team communication and efficiency.
- Oversee content and document management systems for optimal organization and accessibility.
- Utilize search engines, taxonomy/metadata, and metrics reporting/analytics effectively.
- Implement workflow and process automation applications to streamline operations.
- Utilize AI agents to enhance knowledge sharing and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global professional services organizations.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in knowledge management.
- Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, and Viva Engage.
- Prior consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space is preferred.
- Experience working with and managing offshore teams is a plus.
- Strong understanding of content management and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of workflow and process automation applications.
- Experience with metrics reporting/analytics and AI agents.
