Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer.

The Web Developer will: improve designs and develop WordPress Websites.Professional-grade websites that support clients’ marketing and business goals in the construction industry. Daily work includes implementing front-end layouts and interactions, building and integrating back-end functionality, optimizing site performance, and ensuring SEO-friendly and accessible web experiences. The role involves collaborating with designers, content specialists, and marketing strategists to translate brand and campaign requirements into functional, user-centered web solutions.

The Web

Developer will also troubleshoot technical issues, manage updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s web development standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills to build, optimize, and maintain modern, scalable websites.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces.




- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills to implement server-side logic, integrate APIs, and manage data securely.
- Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and common CMS platforms) is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional remote teams, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.

- Speedy worker but not sloppy.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO implementation, or working with construction or professional services clients is a plus.
- Prior experience with Shopify and/or Woocommerce required.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Web Development, or related fields is preferred.
- Experienced developing and editing in: Classic WordPress and Elementor.
- Able to code in HTML if needed.
- Experience working with AI in workflow, but not dependent on AI to produce work.
- Able to communicate clearly in english.
