Tareas

- Gestionar órdenes de compra
- Diligenciar formatos y realizar el seguimientos de costos
- Realizar las notificaciones y comunicaciones con los proveedores
- Realizar inspecciones en las distintas áreas
- Realizar el reconocimiento de malas prácticas y notificarlo en las bitácoras
- Apoyar en la herramienta de control de tickets para el reconocimiento y supervisión de alertas.
- Apoyo administrativo en presentaciones, actualización y recopilación de información
- Revisar y documentar la documentación física y digital del área
- Realizar el control de activos (inventarios, conteos, consolidación de ítems)

Excel intermedio (debe saber formular) - PowerBi es un plus sin embargo se puede aprender en la operación
