Spanish Customer Success Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer support in Spanish and English via live chat, email, and online communication channels.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist users with account-related questions, service requests, and platform navigation.

- Monitor daily user activities and escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.

- Meet quality standards and response time targets.

Job Requirements

- Fluent in Spanish (spoken, reading, and writing).

- Able to communicate in basic English.

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Live Chat Support, Customer Support, or Online Service is preferred.





- Fresh graduates with strong Spanish and English communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work independently in a remote environment.

- Must have a own a personal computer/laptop.

- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
