About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer – SharePoint (SPFx) to join our team remotely from Colombia.

In this hands-on role, you will develop and maintain SharePoint frontend solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS. You will work closely with backend and platform teams and contribute to the integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SharePoint frontend components using SPFx and React.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components using JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS/CSS.
- Create responsive and accessible user interfaces for SharePoint pages and web parts.
- Integrate frontend functionality with backend APIs and services.




- Collaborate with backend developers working with .NET Framework applications and ETL/data workflows.
- Troubleshoot defects, investigate frontend issues, and optimize UI performance.
- Provide support for production issues and contribute to application stability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
- Document features, configurations, and support procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with backend, platform, and other technical teams.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- React
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5
- SCSS / CSS3
- Experience with SharePoint on-premises customization and development.
- Good understanding of API integration and frontend debugging.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating frontend solutions with .NET Framework services in SharePoint environments.
- Familiarity with Node.js and Python for scripting or integration tasks.
- Basic understanding of ETL process dependencies from a frontend/UI perspective.
- Exposure to Docker and Terraform in enterprise deployment environments.
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience working with enterprise applications or large-scale technology environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience with enterprise intranet or portal platforms.
- Understanding of SharePoint permissions and governance fundamentals.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts for frontend delivery.
