We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment activities across Latin America, partner closely with business leaders, HR and Operations teams, analyze talent acquisition trends, and contribute to our regional talent strategy.

- A professional with a degree in Psychology or a field related to the position.
- Solid professional experience in recruitment and selection.
- Experience managing end-to-end selection processes.
- Ability to work across different business areas, countries,



and with various stakeholders.
- Skill in identifying problems, analyzing information, and proposing solutions.
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of the impact of Talent Acquisition on the business.
- Flexibility to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational transformation.
- Empathetic communication, a consultative approach, and an internal customer focus.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and the judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of and experience using ATS systems.
- Proficiency in English
