About Decibel:

Decibel is an exchange where equities, real world assets, commodities, indices and crypto trade around the clock, weekends included, all from one margin account. Matching, margin and liquidation happen onchain, so a trader can check our numbers instead of taking our word for them.

We launched in February 2026 and crossed $5B in cumulative volume in July. We are not building only for crypto natives. We are building for people who already trade equities and commodities and have never touched a wallet, and for anyone who wants access to more financial products, in more hours, than their current venue offers.

The team is small, scrappy and ambitious, and it runs financial infrastructure that does not close. Markets are open 24/7/365 and so is the venue, which means the team operates the same way: someone is always awake, releases go out on the day they are ready rather than on a Thursday, and the person who finds a problem is usually the person who chases it down. Many functions here are being built by the first person hired into them.

Less structure, more ownership, and your work reaching real traders within days.

About the role:

You will lead product at Decibel across three connected areas: product projects, growth product, and product-led marketing. The thread through all three is the same. Features and requests come in from traders, partners, the community and the team, and your job is turning them into real solutions that make the trading experience better, then getting those solutions built and measured.

Product projects. Taking a goal, turning it into a scoped body of work, writing the spec and the Linear tickets, sequencing it against everything else in flight, and staying with it through release and into what the numbers said afterwards. Our engineers are senior and ship fast. What they need from a product manager is clean scope, a clear reason each item sits ahead of the others, and someone who closes the loop.

Growth product. The surfaces where a visitor becomes a funded trader and a funded trader becomes a returning one. Onboarding, first funding, first trade, second trade, and the incentives and partner rails that drive each step. This is where the largest share of your time goes.

Product-led marketing. Launches, new markets, and features that are themselves the story. Working with marketing so that what we ship is what we talk about, and what traders ask for shows up as something they can use rather than a line in a changelog.

If you have done growth product at an iGaming operator or a real-money consumer platform, you already know the shape of this. You have owned the welcome offer and the second deposit,

tuned an incentive after watching how players actually used it, and sat through the conversation about whether a cohort is real or just a spike. The asset class is different here. The mechanics are the same, and the market they point at is one that is opening up rather than one being carved up.

What you will own:

Onboarding and first funding. Landing page to funded account to first trade. Our standing target is fiat to first trade in under fifteen minutes. Every step of that path is yours: sign up, the wallet abstraction a non-crypto user should never have to think about, the deposit, and the first ticket.

Second trade and retention. The share of new traders who place a trade with their own money, and what happens in weeks two through twelve: lifecycle messaging, tiering, win-back, and knowing the difference between a trader who left and a trader who is between trades.

First Trade On Us. Our funded trial. You own its conversion and what it teaches us about who converts and why.

Rewards and incentives. What a reward costs, what it buys, and which behaviour it changes. This includes eligibility and abuse rules, because every incentive on a real-money product is also an exploitation surface and you have handled that before.

Builder codes and the partner rails. Our affiliate layer. Partners set their own take rate and earn on the volume they bring. You own the product around them: partner portal, tracked links, attribution, payout logic, and the reporting a partner trusts.

Copy trading. In development today, and the closest thing we have to a social loop. Yours to grow.

Feature intake and the roadmap. Requests arrive from every direction. You decide which become projects, write them up so engineering can start without a follow-up question, and defend the sequencing with numbers.

The platform underneath. These surfaces share plumbing: the account and balance model, a ledger that separates what was granted from what was earned, eligibility rules, attribution, and the reporting layer everything reads from. Part of this job is making the case to build that once and well, so every campaign after it is cheaper.

What are we looking for:

- 4+ years in product, with at least two owning consumer onboarding and retention on a real-money platform where users fund an account and put that money at risk
- iGaming, sportsbook,

casino or lottery product experience is what we are looking for first. We will also seriously consider trading apps, brokerages, CFD platforms, prop firms, prediction markets, fantasy sports, and consumer fintech with a deposit funnel
- You have owned an acquisition-to-retention funnel end to end and can discuss your numbers with denominators attached: registration to deposit, deposit to first action, first to second, thirty-day return
- You have shipped incentive mechanics, whether welcome offers, funded trials, loyalty tiers or rewards, and you understand how each one gets used in ways you did not intend
- You have been the product manager for an engineering team, not alongside one. You held the roadmap, wrote specs that got built without a translation layer, and made the sequencing calls. We run everything in Linear, and specs here are written so an engineer can start without coming back to ask a question
- You have worked closely with marketing on launches, and you think of a feature as something to be told as well as built
- You are user focused in a way that shows up in the work. You have watched real session recordings, read real support tickets, and changed your mind because of one
- SQL. You pull your own numbers
- Comfort with leverage, margin, funding rates, spreads and fees, and you can explain how the platform you came from made its money
- You write clearly. Specs, tickets and one-page arguments, in fluent English, B2 or above. The team runs in English
- Based in Medellí, and available four days a week in the Milla de Oro office

Nice to have:

- Lifecycle and CRM tooling built for high-frequency consumer platforms, such as Optimove, Solitics, Braze or Iterable
- Affiliate and partner stacks: CPA and revenue share models, attribution and postbacks
- Payments work: deposit success rates, PSP routing, failed payment recovery. On our side this is fiat onramps and stablecoin rails, and the patterns carry over
- Multi-market regulatory experience, KYC and AML flows, deposit and exposure limits
- Practical use of AI tools in your own work, Claude Code included. A PM here who can read the codebase and pull their own data moves faster than one who files a request
- Spanish, though the team runs in English
- Crypto experience is not required. If you have never opened a wallet, say so in your application. We will teach you the parts that matter, and we would rather have your funnel instincts

Compensation:

COP 10,000,000 to 15,000,000 per month base, depending on experience, plus an annual variable. That is base, not total compensation.

We move quickly on strong candidates and include a short paid trial task before an offer.
