About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bilingual Recruiter to join our team remotely from Latin America. In this role, you will lead full-cycle talent acquisition processes targeting the US market.

You must be a highly adaptable recruiter with proven expertise in multi-industry recruitment, capable of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across diverse verticals—including IT/Tech, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Operations . Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles in the US market across various industries (Tech, Legal, Finance, etc.).
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize creative and proactive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, cross-platform headhunting) to engage passive candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews in English to evaluate technical fit, language proficiency, and cultural alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and clients to understand hiring needs, set expectations, and provide market insights regarding talent availability and salary trends.




- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, structured candidate pipeline using ATS tools and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience recruiting talent specifically within the US Market .
- English Proficiency: B2+ or C1 level (fluent verbal and written communication required for client and candidate interactions).
- Multi-Industry Expertise: Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing roles across multiple sectors, including IT/Software Development, Legal, and Finance .
- Tools & Sourcing: Expertise in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Location: Must be based in Latin America with a reliable home office setup and availability to work aligned with US time zones.
