Senior Controller to join a fast-growing U.S.-based company. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys owning the accounting function, improving processes, and partnering with executive leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Lead audit and tax compliance activities while coordinating with external advisors.
- Ensure strong internal controls and continuous process improvements.
- Support financial reporting and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Work with ERP systems and help optimize accounting operations.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- 2-3+ years in a Controller or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Business Central.
- Background in SaaS or Healthcare is highly preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
