Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, including deep knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Accounts Receivable (AR), including cash application, collections, and customer account management
- Demonstrated ability to perform or understand SAP configuration via SPRO, including the ability to assess the business impact of configuration changes
- 3+ years of experience working within an Order to Cash (OTC) process domain, supporting end-to-end business processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside cross-functional teams including business partners and technical developers
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to write test cases, process flows, and functional specifications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted SAP tools (e.g., Joule for Consultants) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technology platforms is a strong plus

The client, a large enterprise organization in the energy sector, is seeking a skilled SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support a growing Order to Cash capability. This is a newly initiated effort with no existing resource in the role,



making it an excellent opportunity for a candidate to make an immediate and meaningful impact from day one. The idóneo candidate will bring strong functional SAP expertise, the ability to perform and understand configuration, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with business partners, scrum teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary functional analyst supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules within the Order to Cash capability
- Analyze, document, and support business processes related to sales order management, billing, and accounts receivable workflows
- Perform or support SAP configuration (SPRO) activities, including toggling system settings, making fields mandatory, and understanding the downstream impact of configuration changes
- Collaborate with business partners, scrum teams, and other BSAs to deliver on road map initiatives across the Order to Cash domain
- Participate in requirements gathering, process documentation, and test case development and execution
- Support UAT coordination and hypercare activities surrounding system go-live events, including potential work during holiday weekends
- Contribute to multiple concurrent road map efforts, adapting priorities as directed by the team lead and business partners
- Leverage emerging AI tools (e.g., Joule for SAP) to accelerate configuration research, field mapping, and system analysis tasks
