Join a growing Miami-based company in the plastics and recycled raw materials industry. We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing & Sales Analyst to support the execution of our B2B marketing strategy (website, SEO, LinkedIn, email, trade shows) while partnering closely with the commercial team to strengthen our brand and drive business growth.

You'll manage and grow our company website and SEO to support our B2B presence and lead generation, and run our LinkedIn presence, along with email marketing and newsletter programs to keep prospects and customers engaged. You'll take ownership of outbound lead generation efforts, proactively identifying and reaching target companies and decision-makers rather than relying on inbound campaigns. You'll research, plan, and prepare our presence at trade shows, and support customer engagement initiatives like NPS to help us understand and improve client satisfaction.

You'll also work hand-in-hand with the commercial team, creating presentations, flyers, and graphic materials that support the sales process.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing or marketing operations.
- Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing digital marketing initiatives, including company websites, SEO, LinkedIn, and email marketing/newsletter.
- Experience with outbound lead generatio, identifying and reaching target accounts and decision-makers in a B2B context.
- Experience coordinating trade shows, marketing events, customer engagement initiatives (NPS), and developing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and flyers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
