? About the Opportunity
Are you the person who gets suppliers to move on price? We're looking for an E-Commerce Purchasing and Inventory Specialist to own supplier negotiations, make the buy-or-wait calls that protect our cash flow, and keep inventory flowing across our Amazon operations.

You bring 3-6 years in purchasing, inventory planning, or supply chain, closed deals you can walk us through, and advanced Excel skills.

Earn unlimited commission on top of your base pay (performance-based).

? What You’ll Do
Lead supplier negotiations through direct outreach, including regular phone calls, to secure favorable agreements, pricing, and delivery terms.
Make data-driven purchasing decisions to balance product availability and cash flow.
Monitor sales trends and FBA inventory reports to adjust purchasing strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage lead times and delivery schedules.
Regularly report on key inventory KPIs (sell-through, restock rate, excess inventory).

? What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
3-6 years of hands-on experience in purchasing,



inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain, ideally at an e-commerce, distribution, or retail company.
Proven ownership of supplier negotiations.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
Working command of core inventory math: reorder points, safety stock, and days of cover.
Excellent English, written and verbal.
Track record of managing purchasing decisions against a budget or cash flow constraint.
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA inventory management, including restock limits, IPI, capacity constraints, and FBA fee structures.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders on inbound shipments.
Background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or Economics, or equivalent technical training with proven hands-on exper
