At BLDR Group, we build luxury single-family homes in Florida, and we are looking for a highly organized Remote Assistant Project Manager to help us keep our projects running smoothly.

In this role, you won't be stuck doing just one thing; your day-to-day tasks will vary widely to support the execution of the project from start to finish. Construction experience is a plus. We are looking for someone smart, adaptable, and highly organized who is ready to jump in wherever help is needed.

What you’ll be doing

▪️ Assisting the Project Manager in the daily execution and coordination of the project.

▪️ Performing material take-offs, purchasing, and tracking orders with suppliers.

▪️ Managing and following up on "punch-out" lists to ensure every final detail is resolved.





▪️ Handling project documentation, coordinating permits, and managing heavy data entry.

▪️ Organizing and updating project information across our systems.

What you need to have:

▪️ Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (Spoken and written - essential for communicating with our team and vendors).

▪️ Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail).

▪️ Your own reliable laptop, fast internet connection, AND a backup internet source.

▪️ Extreme attention to detail (in luxury construction, small details matter).

▪️ Bonus: Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.

Schedule & Setup:

▪️ 100% Remote position (Independent Contractor).

▪️ Fixed pay in USD.

▪️ Schedule: Monday to Friday aligned with Florida business hours (EST) and US holidays, plus every other Saturday.
