How You Will Make an ImpactAs an essential part of our surgical team, you will support our surgeons, nurses, and patients across every stage of the surgical journey:

- Surgical Preparation: Prepare, organize, and inspect medical equipment, instruments, and supplies required for each procedure.
- Patient Care & Safety: Warmly receive and prepare patients for surgery, assisting with safe transfers and precise positioning on the operating table.
- Intraoperative & Postoperative Support: Assist medical teams throughout pre-op, intra-op, and immediate recovery phases while strictly maintaining aseptic techniques.
- Protocol Adherence: Execute surgical safety checklists, perform accurate sponge and instrument counts,



and ensure top-tier cleaning and disinfection procedures.

What We Are Looking For
- Education & Licensing: Nursing Assistant certification (Auxiliar de Enfermería) with an active license/registration to practice.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in an operating room or surgical suite setting.
- Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS is a strong plus).
- Core Competencies: Solid knowledge of sterilization, aseptic technique, and surgical instrumentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, calm focus under pressure, high attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
