- Process ocean and air multimodal shipping documents electronically and manually to ensure international compliance.
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks accurately within established forwarding systems to maintain complete cargo records.
- Track and trace international shipments continuously to provide real-time updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with overseas agents to coordinate shipment details and resolve immediate transit discrepancies.
- Manage task-driven requests from a shared operational queue to support the broader freight forwarding team efficiently.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading to verify cargo specifications and prevent customs delays.
- Coordinate documentation transfers between carriers, brokers, and clients to facilitate smooth cargo release at destination ports.
