Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to join our team as an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager. You will be responsible for designing and executing highly personalized marketing programs for GFT's most important accounts, working closely with Client Partners and Delivery teams to drive growth for strategic clients.

Required Skills and Experience

Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with significant experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Strategic Account Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Account-Based Marketing strategies for GFT's strategic accounts.
- Develop highly personalized campaigns aligned with each client's business objectives.
- Work closely with Client Partners and Delivery teams to identify growth opportunities.




- Coordinate campaign execution with content, events, digital marketing, and centers of excellence teams.
- Continuously research each account's business context to create relevant, personalized experiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a strategic marketing advisor.
- Measure campaign impact through engagement, pipeline, and business growth metrics.
- Present results, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to marketing leaders and commercial teams.
