We’re looking for bilingual (C1) Medical Schedulers to join a dynamic and collaborative team where professionalism, empathy, and precision are key.

In this role, you’ll be delivering a high-quality customers experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with insurance calls, and providing support for Spanish-speaking patients.

This is more than appointment setting, it’s about being the first point of trust for patients.

Key Responsibilities

● Patient Coordination: Answer incoming patient calls to schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in a timely and efficient manner.

● Patient Experience Focus: Ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout the scheduling process.

● Translation Support: Assist with Spanish English communication during calls with Spanish-speaking patients.

● Insurance Communication: Handle insurance-related calls and follow up on procedure-related matters.

● High Call Volume Management:



Comfortably manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail. Schedule: Monday to Friday Requirements:

● Previous experience in appointment setting, patient coordination, or medical office administration is preferred.

● Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Empathetic, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

● A desire to learn and grow professionally.

● Comfortable using scheduling systems and managing calls.
