? We're Hiring: LTL Coordinator Jr (On-Site)

Work Schedule: ? Monday to Friday - 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Colombia Time) / (EST)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Dispatch shipments to carrier partners via TMS, EDI/API, websites, or phone

✅ Monitor in-transit shipments and provide timely customer updates

✅ Confirm pickups and follow up on delays or service issues

✅ Support billing investigations and documentation accuracy

✅ Handle customer and vendor communications regarding quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, pickups, and deliveries

✅ Coordinate delivery appointments and scheduling updates

✅ Manage carrier changes based on capacity, pricing, or service requirements

✅ Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and communication history within the TMS

✅ Assist with premium transportation services, including expedited, recovery, time-critical, white glove, and trade-show shipments

Requirements

? Minimum 1 year of experience in LTL logistics.

? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

? Excellent attention to detail

? Team-oriented mindset

? English level: B2
