RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare, analyze, and deliver client reports and business insights accurately and on time.
- Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
- Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
- Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
