We're Hiring: IT Analyst L1 — Remote | Colombia-based
At FITECH, we're growing our team and looking for a driven IT Analyst L1 to support our clients from Colombia, working 100% remotely with U.S.-based companies.
If you're the kind of person who takes ownership of every ticket, follows through without being chased, and keeps a calm head when things go sideways — we want to talk to you.
? What you'll do:
- Provide L1 technical support to end users (helpdesk / ticketing)
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments
- Monitor and manage endpoints via NinjaOne RMM
- Support Active Directory: user accounts, groups, and NTFS permissions
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Escalate complex issues with proper documentation
- Keep SLAs, keep clients happy, keep things moving
✅ What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of verifiable IT support experience
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 (admin basics, Exchange, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and NTFS permissions management
- Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS users
- Experience or exposure to NinjaOne or similar RMM tools
- English proficiency B2–C1 (you'll work directly with English-speaking clients)
- Based in Colombia (any city)
