We are seeking an International Operations Manager to lead and optimize the company’s global logistics operations, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain, regulatory compliance, and timely product availability in different markets.

What will be your purpose?

Lead the end-to-end international operation, ensuring effective coordination with manufacturers, suppliers, and general logistics providers, while maintaining compliance with health, regulatory, and customs requirements in each market.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead international import, export, and distribution operations.
- Manage relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and regulatory requirements (INVIMA and international regulatory authorities).
- Coordinate market entry and international expansion processes.
- Plan demand, inventory, and supply across multiple markets.
- Oversee technical and regulatory documentation (COAs, MSDS, health registrations, among others).
- Define and monitor global operations KPIs.
- Lead the operations team and ensure alignment with the company’s business strategy.




- Manage budgets and optimize international logistics costs.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading international operations or global supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics.
- Experience managing international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (required).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
