About Odd Matter

We are a brand-creation atelier. We build brand systems for fashion and wellness entrepreneurs who have the ambition and resources to scale, position, and communicate a brand beyond the ordinary. We are selective about the work we take on and the people we bring onto our team.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work directly under the direction of our Creative Director, creating content and brand systems. This is a creative role; not a strategy or account management position. You will receive a defined creative direction and execute it to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

- Build complete visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, layouts, and every element associated with a brand’s DNA.
- Produce brand guidelines and thoughtfully designed sales materials, including proposal presentations that feel intentional, distinctive, and help sell Odd Matter’s services.
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
- Create original graphic content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta—the kind of work AI cannot produce.
- Research visual and content trends to create distinctive work that contributes to relevant cultural conversations.
- Design website assets that help communicate Odd Matter’s services and showcase its projects.
- Collaborate with the team to develop performance and analytics reports for the content created for each Odd Matter client.




- Create sales and marketing materials for Odd Matter’s services, including email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and more.
- Work closely with the team and understand each client’s brand DNA to deliver the expected results.

Who You Are

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
- You think in systems: you design the rules, not just the individual asset.
- You understand fashion and wellness aesthetics, are passionate about both industries, and have a strong visual sensibility.
- Independent: you take direction well and execute without constant supervision.
- Spanish Speakers Preferred: We have clients in Colombia
- Curious and eager to learn something new every day.
- Proactive—you do not need someone telling you what to do each day.
