This position is affiliated with the Overseas Investment Division of Ningbo MH Group.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist management personnel in overseeing the company's overall operations and daily management;
- Responsible for achieving the company's budget targets and leading the sales team ;
- Responsible for establishing and managing the company's sales team;
- Responsible for establishing sales networks and channels, building brand reputation, and developing marketing strategies;
- Responsible for organizing and implementing new product development and new market expansion initiatives;
- Responsible for customer relationship management and relationship maintenance;
- Coordinate and manage cross-departmental collaboration matters within the company;

Job Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree or higher; graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2005 or later.
- With over 5 years of corporate management experience, having led teams of more than 10 members.
- Skilled in marketing, with over 3 years of sales experience and customer management expertise.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit, an outgoing personality,



excellent communication skills, and proficiency in managing interpersonal relationships.
- Exhibits strong stress resilience, adapts well to fast-paced work environments, and maintains clear logical judgment under pressure.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and the ability to identify root causes of issues while driving fundamental solutions.
- Proficient in using office software (Office suite) and related business systems such as Word, Office, Siggo, etc.
- Willing to accept occasional business trips and a versátil work schedule.

Working hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Salary:

- 3-month probationary period with a salary of 7,500,000 COP/month.
- After passing the probationary period test, the salary increases to 8,000,000 COP/month plus a performance-based bonus of 2,000,000 pesos (total: 8,000,000 + 2,000,000). The 1,500,000 COP bonus may variable dependes on the sales accomplishment by the month.
