About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Video Editor who's interested in joining a fast-growing organization and helping accomplish the team mission. This is a high throughput role, where video editors will gain and/or refine a serious edge in social media ad content production.

Our team delivers 20+ finished 15-30 second ads per week. Only for those who believe they have what it takes.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Video Editing:

- Edit raw client video, static image files and various types of user-generated content (UGC) to create compelling ad creatives for paid media (Meta, Google, etcetera), agency founders' YouTube videos, and organic social media content.
- Apply motion graphics, 2D integrations, object masking, overlay FXs or LUTs when needed.
- Generate AI video/images/voice overs, animate and adapt them to ads as required by the scope of each campaign.
- Edit educational and promotional video content aimed at acquiring new clients and engaging the existing client base.
- Work under the guidance of the creative team to ensure the visual style and messaging of video ad creatives align with our high quality standards, visual guidelines and ad campaign objectives.

Operational Efficiency:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to set deadlines to deliver projects on time, maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.




- Strictly meet deadlines with autonomy and operational awareness and adapt to last-minute changes as part of a high-performance environment.
- Interact with AI tools and other satellite platforms and plugins seamlessly as part of a multi-platform video workflow.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy access and future use.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of produced content.
- Follow our strict file naming convention seamlessly.

Feedback consolidation:

- Implement feedback and revision requests to refine video content and ensure high-quality output that meets client expectations.
- Display a positive attitude when receiving and consolidating all client & team’s feedback on creative assets.

High performance:

- Consistently maintain a required daily average output of 6-8 videos (15-30s each)
- Adopt and implement thinking frameworks like the SCQA and the 3-3-3 model of decision making.

Who You Are:

- 3+ years of experience in a video editing role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail, especially in file and asset management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to coordinate effectively between different teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, capable of taking initiative on tasks.
- A critical thinker who takes ownership and shows proactiveness on a daily basis.




- A positive person that handles feedback professionally and proactively.
- A foundational understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Skills & Tech Stack Knowledge:

- NLE: Proficiency in NLE software (video & audio editing, color correction, VFX) such as (any of the following): Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- AI-Gen: Proficiency with AI video/image/sound content generation through models like Veo, Kling, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Seedance, etcetera. Experience working with Higgsfield is a big bonus.
- Motion Graphics: Fluency with animated text / motion graphics with Adobe After Effect or similar.
- Graphic Design Principles: A solid understanding of graphic design principles. Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator is a bonus.
- Project Management: Fluency in PMS (Asana preferred) and Team Collaboration tools (Slack preferred) is essential.
- Workflow Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, file formats, codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, and compression techniques for online distribution.
- Paid Media: Familiarity with optimizing video content for various platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
- DAM: Experience with DAM systems and cloud-based feedback such as Google Drive and frame.io
- Collaboration: Deep experience with Google Workspace (especially Google Drive, Sheets, docs)
- Ad Platforms: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a bonus.
- Analytics: Experience with Motion App or similar creative analytics tools is a bonus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders on video projects (English level B2 required, C1 preferred).

Work type:

- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- The Video Editor will play a crucial role in supporting client retention through the creation of ad creatives and assisting agency founders with editing their video content to drive client acquisition.
