We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software applications and systems, from frontend to backend. Your expertise in programming languages, databases, and web technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality and scalable end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using the latest UI/UX technologies
- Develop and maintain server-side components of software applications
- Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
- Utilize AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to support development workflows
- Design,



implement, and optimize database structures and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or performance bottlenecks
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, proposing improvements to enhance backend architecture and development processes
- Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain applications in production environments
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and one or more backend programming
