We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Bogotá. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AP operations, team management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement within a BPO or shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Accounts Payable operations for assigned business units and clients.
Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, vendor management, and account reconciliations.
Monitor team productivity, service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and quality metrics.
Review AP aging reports and analyze cash flow impacts.
Manage client communications and handle escalations effectively.
Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Support transition projects and knowledge transfer activities.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and operational reviews.
Coach, mentor,



and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Requirements
✅ Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
✅ 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
✅ Previous experience leading or supervising teams.
✅ Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and best practices.
✅ Experience working in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
✅ Knowledge of ERP systems.
✅ Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is considered an advantage.
✅ Advanced English level (B2+/C1).
