BA Global Talent is seeking a remote Paid Social Manager to join a growing U.S.-based agency supporting a portfolio of consumer brands, primarily across the CPG, food & beverage, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on paid social marketer who can develop strategy, launch and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and recommend next steps. The adecuado candidate has personally managed paid social programs and can balance short-term performance with long-term brand building, considering CAC, ROAS, consumer quality, retention, and brand equity.
You will work directly with the CMO and collaborate with the Design Director and agency team across multiple client accounts. This role will initially be part-time and hourly, with the opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities as the agency grows.

Responsibilities:
Own paid social strategy and execution across multiple brands and accounts, translating business objectives into channel strategies, campaign plans, testing frameworks, KPIs, and recommendations.
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns directly in-platform, including audiences, targeting, structure, budgets, pacing, and optimization.
Lead activity primarily across Meta, including Instagram and Facebook, with additional support for TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Analyze CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, customer acquisition, and other business KPIs, accounting for attribution limitations when making recommendations.
Identify creative winners and underperformers, then recommend iterations and structured tests across creative, messaging, audiences,
