Do you obsess over why one campaign produces qualified phone calls while another burns through budget?

Can you look at a Google Ads account and quickly identify wasted spend, poor search intent, bad geographic targeting, tracking problems, and opportunities competitors are missing?
Do you understand that a cheap lead means absolutely nothing if it never turns into revenue?
If your idea of PPC management is checking campaigns once a week, adjusting a few bids, and sending reports full of clicks and impressions—this is NOT the role for you.
Helms Enterprises is looking for a Google Ads / PPC Specialist who understands local lead generation—especially in the home-improvement, home-service, and contracting space—and wants the opportunity to eventually help us build and own paid acquisition across dozens of local service markets.

We don't need someone who simply knows Google Ads.
We need an operator.
