This is a full on site position and requires a C1 professional english level. You will be driving investor campaigns, managing property listings, and digital strategy for real estate growth engines.

What You'll Do

Drive Investor Marketing & Relations Support: Maintain the investor CRM, prepare updates and newsletters, design collateral (flyers, decks, graphics), and track prospect engagement to ensure warm leads reach the CEO.
Coordinate Webinar & Event Campaigns: Build registration pages, invitation sequences, and slides; assist during live events; and repurpose webinar content into multi-channel marketing assets.
Execute Rental Property Advertising: Draft and post attractive rental listings across platforms like Zillow, Furnished Finder, and Facebook Marketplace; target niche audiences (corporate housing, traveling medical pros); and ensure strict Fair Housing compliance.
Track Marketing Performance & Vacancies: Maintain the Rental Vacancy Tracker, track lead sources, flag underperforming listings,



and generate weekly reports to support the Property Manager and leadership in reducing vacancy times.
Maintain Brand & Marketing Systems: Manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; assist with website/landing page updates; and create SOPs, templates, and libraries to build repeatable marketing operations.
