Sluicebox is building autonomous AI systems that help manufacturers understand, report, and improve the environmental impact of complex products, starting with electronics and carbon. Manufacturers use Sluicebox to scale work that is otherwise manual, expert-heavy, and hard to trust: carbon/LCA analysis, supplier data collection, compliance responses, and product sustainability decisions.

We sell into a narrow, high-value market - sustainability and product leaders inside semiconductor, electronics, and complex-supply-chain manufacturers. This is not a market you win with volume. There are a finite number of accounts that matter, deals are consequential, and every touch has to count.

We are a small, high-ownership team where people do not just execute a playbook. They help define the problem, shape the strategy, and build the systems that make the company faster over time.

The role




We are looking for a Founding Growth / Demand Gen Lead: a data-driven, customer-obsessed, experimentally-minded operator who can build our demand engine from the ground up and put us in front of the right buyers.

This is not a brand or comms role. We are not looking for someone whose primary interest is tidying the website, polishing decks, or running awareness campaigns. We are looking for someone relentlessly focused on pipeline generation - finding new channels, running experiments, measuring cost and return obsessively, and doing the hands-on work to make it happen.

Because our market is niche and enterprise, spray-and-pray does not work. You cannot buy a giant lead list and blast it. You'll live in account-based motion: a finite universe of target accounts, coordinated omnichannel outreach, and creative ways to earn attention from buyers who are hard to reach by email alone.
