We're a fast-growing outsourcing company looking for a hybrid technical and analytical professional who can own both our data intelligence function and internal software development initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Onboard new team members into the organization's data capture and reporting framework

- Design and maintain activity logs and data structures aligned with operational SOPs

- Conduct recurring analysis of account performance data on monthly and quarterly cycles

- Build data visualizations, dashboards, and BI deliverables that meet professional consulting standards

- Develop clear analytical narratives, what happened, why it happened, and what to do about it

- Present findings directly to clients and respond to live follow-up questions with full command of the data

- Own the full software development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance

- Identify manual internal processes suitable for automation and build the solutions to eliminate them

- Integrate AI tools into production workflows in practical, scalable ways





Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to structure datasets, select appropriate metrics, and reach evidence-based conclusions

- Proficiency with data visualization and BI tooling, able to build reporting from first principles

- Independent software engineering capability, language-agnostic, problem-first approach

- Strong knowledge of Python

- Hands-on experience with automation platforms and AI integration in production environments

- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience presenting to external stakeholders

- High degree of self-direction, this role defines what should be measured and built, not just executes tasks

- Experience in BPO, virtual assistant operations, or outsourced teams preferred
