Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Patient Recruitment & Social Media Specialist to support enrollment across multiple clinical trials.

The primary focus of this role is patient recruitment, including outreach, prescreening, follow-up, and scheduling qualified participants. The adecuado candidate should also be comfortable managing social media accounts, using AI tools , and making basic website updates.

Responsibilities

- Recruit and prescreen potential clinical trial participants
- Conduct outreach by phone, text, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Follow up with leads and schedule qualified patients for screening
- Manage patient recruitment lists and track recruitment progress
- Post and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create recruitment flyers, captions, videos, and outreach messages
- Use ChatGPT,



Claude and other AI tools to improve recruitment, content creation, and productivity
- Make basic website updates
- Work closely with the clinical research team to meet enrollment goals

Qualifications

- Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research and lead generation
- Strong experience using AI
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients
- Basic knowledge of clinical research preferred
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
- Canva, CRM, Meta Business Suite, and basic website editing experience are a plus
