About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Case Consultant to join our growing legal services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing new client intakes across multiple case types while providing an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can efficiently manage multiple communication channels, and possesses strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to web form submissions, reception emails, and incoming inquiries from multiple sources.
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather accurate case information.
- Qualify potential clients and facilitate the onboarding and sign-up process.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and messages while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Document all client interactions and ensure records are complete, organized, and up to date.
- Provide verbal declines to unqualified prospects according to established guidelines.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and independently identify solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with a remote team while maintaining productivity and accountability.

Qualifications

Required Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working remotely in a work-from-home environment.




- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or in a client-facing role.
- Experience in client intake, call center operations, customer support, or customer success.
- Sales and client service experience strongly preferred.
- No medical-legal experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting VoIP communications.
