Who you would be working for:

Our client is a fast-growing boutique recruitment firm serving the tech industry across the US, focused on hiring go-to-market roles. The team is lean, high-performing, and built around a strong internal culture. The business is at an inflection point: the Founder wants to shift out of day-to-day operations and into a purely strategic and commercial role, and is hiring a Chief of Staff to make that possible.

What you’ll be doing:

- Act as a true right-hand to the Founder: someone who thinks several steps ahead, spots problems before they surface, and drives solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Own operations end-to-end, building scalable frameworks and systems rather than just documenting what already exists
- Identify where AI and automation can replace manual work or add leverage,



and know when to bring in outside technical expertise rather than trying to build everything yourself
- Work closely with a small, close-knit team, and eventually help shape the org structure as the company scales

Who we’re looking for:

- Strategic operator, not just an executor. You proactively chase down updates and next steps. You don't wait for direction
- Systems and frameworks mindset. You build repeatable processes, not one-off fixes or rigid SOPs
- Comfortable with AI and modern tools, without needing to be a specialist
- High energy and genuinely driven. You're motivated by seeing a business win and you bring intensity to how you work, not just the hours you put in
- Background in an early-stage tech startup (ideally as one of the first operational hires or as a CoS, building process from scratch) or in strategy consulting firms

The nuts and bolts: Fully remote full-time role, US (PST) working hours. Competitive base salary + incentives/bonuses + US public holidays and paid time off (PTO).
