We're looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to drive freight execution and carrier partnerships across the U.S. market — a role where your ability to move fast, negotiate smart, and solve problems in real time will directly impact our growth.

In this role, you'll be at the center of the action: managing carrier relationships, securing competitive rates, and ensuring shipments are delivered with speed, quality, and full visibility. What you'll do:

- Build and manage strong relationships with carriers across the United States.
- Book and coordinate freight loads with accuracy and efficiency.
- Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service excellence.
- Optimize truck capacity to support both sales and operations.
- Leverage load boards and sourcing tools to secure reliable coverage.
- Keep data accurate and up to date in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Track shipments end-to-end, ensuring full visibility at every stage.
- Resolve issues proactively and keep stakeholders informed in real time.
- Share insights and feedback to help the sales team continuously improve.





What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or brokerage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and execution capability.
- Advanced English proficiency.
