We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the team of a general leading multinational in footwear and retail, with operations in Colombia. This role will lead the development and positioning of one of the company's growing brands in the market.

Requirements

- Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, managing retail, fashion or footwear brands, is required.
- Solid knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing and market research. Trade marketing knowledge is a plus
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Strategic thinking, creativity and innovation, consumer orientation, leadership and influence, strong analytical capability and teamwork
- Profile oriented toward social media and digital, with autonomy for decision making
- C1 English proficiency and residency in Colombia required
