JetSMART is seeking an experienced A320 Captain to lead the line from our Medellín base. You will command the Airbus A320 fleet, uphold safety and SOPs, and deliver outstanding operational performance on a day-to-day basis.
Candidates must meet time-in-command requirements, hold CPL and ATPL, and demonstrate strong CRM, decision-making, and leadership in multi-crew environments. English ICAO 4+ is required, and Colombian nationality is required.
